The Pain Relief Centres
Understand which pain mechanisms may be active for you.
Most chronic pain is not one thing. Tissue, nerve and sensitised mechanisms behave differently — and respond to different starting points.
This short assessment is a simplified version of the full pain assessment I use in my UK clinical practice. It will give you a personalised map of what may be most active for you, and a starter plan that — for many people — is enough on its own.
Why understanding the mechanism matters. The UK sees about 3.5 million hospital admissions per year for people aged 75+. Roughly 105,000 of those are NSAID-driven adverse drug reactions — around 288 every single day.1
Knowing which mechanism is most active changes which next step actually helps — and can help you avoid medication that may not be the right answer for your pain type.
Takes 3 minutes. No email needed to see your result.
